What GitHub will ask you next
GitHub shows “Act on your behalf” on every GitHub App sign-in — it is GitHub’s wording, not a permission we requested, and it cannot be switched off. It simply means we can call the GitHub API in your name, limited to the permissions below and to the repositories you pick yourself.
This app may create a repository in the account you choose, write the project files into it, and read which accounts and repositories are available to you. Nothing else — no issues, no pull requests, no actions, no secrets, no organisation settings. Because this is a GitHub App rather than an OAuth app, everything you do not explicitly grant stays invisible to us.
What it costs
Per month, excluding VAT, no minimum term. Every price already includes encrypted nightly backups, hardening, monitoring and updates — there is no separate setup fee.

Both variants run on shared hardware. A machine of your own is available as an option: +89 € on Premium Hosting, +89 € with the third-party provider.
Options you can add
Standard encrypted backup
+10 €A full backup every night. Encryption happens on your own server before a single byte is written anywhere else, so no unencrypted data ever reaches a backup system. The key belongs to your project and is never stored alongside the backups. On by default — switch it off only for a throwaway test system you could lose without missing it.
Point-in-time recovery
+29 €Restore the database to any second within the last seven days — for example to the moment before a failed update or an accidentally deleted booking. Every change is written to a continuous archive on top of the nightly full backup.
Second location
+20 €Backups are additionally replicated to a second, physically separate site. Encryption still happens on your server beforehand, so the remote storage provider only ever holds ciphertext and never the key. Protects against the loss of an entire site.
VPN connectivity
on requestReach your instance from your corporate network instead of exposing it to the public internet — or let Odoo reach internal systems. Available with the dedicated option only, because it needs a machine that is not shared with anyone else. Set up individually, so please talk to us first.
Staging instance
+12 €A machine of its own per stage, for trying out updates and modules safely. As many as you like — the hardware is the only limit. You create them later on the project page; they are billed per stage and by where they run (see below). With Premium Hosting size L the first one is included.
Dedicated CPU
+89 €Every worker you buy gets a full CPU core of its own, reserved for you around the clock and never handed to anyone else. Without it your workers share cores with other instances — fine for everyday work, but noticeable as slower responses whenever a neighbour is busy. And we do not just promise it: our monitoring measures how much CPU time gets taken away from your instance and raises an alarm long before you would notice it.
